Suite 1 consists of two rooms connected through a bathroom and a walk-in closet. Both rooms have direct access to the interior patio.

Suite 2 is separated from the rest of the house. It has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet for exclusive use. Additionally, it has direct access to the interior patio.

The patio, enclosed by a "living wall," becomes the central space of the house, towards which all the interior rooms are oriented. Here, you will find a small pond for cooling off and a table for enjoying outdoor meals together.
Rooftop terrace + studio
A staircase connects the patio to a small studio and a rooftop terrace from which you can see the sea of pines in the bay of Sancti Petri.
